- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 1 large Bell Pepper (diced, any color)
- 1 medium Cucumber (diced)
- ½ cup Red Onion (finely chopped)
- ½ cup Black Olives (sliced)
- ½ cup Shredded Carrots (optional)
- ½ cup Fresh Mozzarella (cubed or pearl-sized, optional)
- ½ cup Salami (sliced or diced, optional)
- ½ cup Italian Dressing (homemade or store-bought)
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Boil the Pasta: Cook bow tie pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente.
