These French dip sliders feature tender roast beef, melty provolone cheese, and caramelized onions on soft slider buns, served with a rich au jus dipping sauce. Perfect for gatherings, game days, or quick meals!

- 12 slider buns (Hawaiian rolls or dinner rolls)
- 1 lb sliced deli roast beef (or leftover tender roast beef)
- 12 slices provolone cheese (or Swiss/mozzarella)
- 1 large yellow onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 packet au jus mix
- 1½ to 2 cups beef broth
- 4 tbsp butter (divided)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
Step 2: Caramelize Onions
Heat 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced onions, season with salt & pepper, and stir occasionally until golden brown. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Prepare Au Jus
In a saucepan, mix au jus mix with beef broth.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for a few minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and keep warm.
Step 4: Assemble Sliders
Layer roast beef over the bottom buns.
Top with caramelized onions and provolone cheese.
Place the top buns over the cheese.
Step 6: Bake & Serve
Bake for 10–15 minutes or until cheese melts and tops are golden brown.
Remove from oven, let cool for 1 minute, and slice into individual sliders.
Serve warm with au jus for dipping. Enjoy!
