Base Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs Finely crushed
- 1 cup shredded coconut Sweetened or unsweetened, as preferred
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk One standard can
- 2 tbsp butter Softened
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips Semi-sweet or milk chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt Optional, to balance sweetness
For Coating
- extra shredded coconut For rolling the balls
Prepare your ingredients by crushing the graham crackers into fine crumbs and setting up your workstation.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, softened butter, and chocolate chips.
Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Stir well until everything is evenly combined into a thick dough.
If the mixture is too dry, add a little extra condensed milk. If too sticky, add more graham cracker crumbs.
Using a spoon or cookie scoop, form small balls (about 1 to 1½ inches in diameter) and roll them between your palms.
Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut to coat evenly.
Place the coated balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Once chilled, serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
These no-bake treats can be stored in the fridge for up to a week or frozen for up to two months. You can customize them by adding nuts, dried fruit, or even a dash of cocoa powder for a chocolate twist.
